Keolis selected to operate Metz’s Le MET’ network

Under this €700-million contract, Keolis will operate a bus network consisting of 93 lines, including two bus rapid transit (BRT) lines.

A ten-year contract

The mobility authority of the city of Metz in northeastern France has awarded our subsidiary a contract to operate its bus network starting 1 January 2026.

To manage the contract, a Société d’Économie Mixte à Opération Unique (SEMOP), or single-project public-private partnership, was created. The city of Metz owns 60% of the company and Keolis 40%.
