Working together to reduce accidents
Safety is a top priority at Keolis As a public transport operator, our company also has a role to play in promoting road safety in shared public spaces. For its buses, cars and trams, the goal is clear: to achieve a lasting reduction in accidents involving Keolis vehicles and third parties.

“Have we got your attention now?”
Every year, public transport vehicles are involved in accidents, some of them fatal. Constant connectivity is increasing distraction among road users, while the rapid growth of new forms of mobility is making it more important than ever to work together to improve safety in public spaces. That’s why Keolis Group, in partnership with Île-de-France Mobilités and La Sécurité Routière, has launched a nationwide campaign under the slogan “Have we got your attention now?”. The campaign is a reminder that safety is a shared responsibility and that everyone has a role to play: our bus, car and tram drivers, who receive regular training, as well as other road users, from pedestrians and cyclists to motorists.

Setting an example—with a high bar
At Keolis, our safety culture is reflected in concrete, consistent and ongoing action, including:
- internal awareness campaigns
- regular safety training for drivers
- risk prevention
- zero tolerance for risky behaviour
