Train à quai

How we export our expertise

Drawing on decades of expertise, we offer infrastructure managers and project managers consulting services in strategic planning, maintenance and operations, as well as training.

Správa Železnic, the Czech rail infrastructure manager, approached us in October 2021 for help managing its construction of 660km of high-speed lines. The resulting 8-year deal signed with SNCF Réseau is worth €18 billion—and testifies to the success of the French model.

Our decades of expertise and innovation flair make us a sought-after partner for infrastructure managers around the world.

We also work with other SNCF Group businesses (Keolis, Seter, Fret, SNCF Gares & Connexions) along with French and foreign industrial companies (Colas Rail, TSO, etc.).

Our services

  • Strategic planning for building and modernizing new railway lines
  • Technical expertise in catenary design, operation, maintenance and license sales
  • Maintenance and operations assistance for new and existing lines

Our training courses

We also share our expertise through training. And we help our clients deepen their knowledge base regarding safety, traffic, catenaries and tracks.

Our clients

Three examples of partnerships

CPK, Polish public works company

We led around 40 workshops and site visits to train the Polish teams responsible for the country’s Solidarity Transport Hub, a large-scale intermodal project comprising a new airport and a network of 1,800km of high-speed rail lines.

Seter, operations and maintenance in Senegal

In Senegal, where Seter was preparing to launch regional express train service between Dakar and Blaise-Diagne International Airport, we designed the organization chart and business model for infrastructure operation and maintenance, wrote regulations, and trained 70 of the company’s employees.

Správa Železnic, Czech state-owned enterprise

The Czech Republic’s rail infrastructure manager was looking for help managing its projects to build high-speed lines in the country—660km of track by 2040 with a commercial speed of 300km/h for international trains and 200km/h for domestic traffic. We helped with strategic planning and project management, contributed expertise during testing and construction, and advised on maintenance and operations.
