A graduate of the École Normale Supérieure and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, he began his career at the Ministry of Transport in the Transport Infrastructure Department. In 2018, he joined ADP International as Investment Director.

He then joined RATP Cap Île-de-France, where he became Director of Tenders in 2021, overseeing responses to calls for tender launched by Île-de-France Mobilités as part of the opening up of RATP's historic monopoly to competition.

In January 2024, he became Director of Strategy, Operational Excellence and Innovation at SNCF Gares & Connexions. Reporting to the General Secretariat, he joined the company's Executive Committee.
