A graduate of the Burgundy School of Business, Carole has acquired over 25 years of experience in finance. She first worked in an audit firm, before taking positions with Keolis and SNCF.

She joined GEODIS in 2012 as Head of accounting studies and methods. In 2014, she transferred to SNCF Logistics as Director of Accounting and Internal restructuring. She returned to the GEODIS Finance department in 2017 as Group Accounting and Internal Control Director.  In 2018 she was appointed Deputy Group CFO.

In September 2025 she was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer. She will pursue the ongoing transformation of the finance function, with the aim of strengthening performance management and of continuous improvement.
