Laura Ritchey earned her J.D., M.B.A. and B.A. from The Ohio State University. She is a C.P.A and admitted to the Bar in Ohio.

She joins the business with over 30 years of experience, including 15 years focused on supply chain management both in retail and third party logistics.  She began her career in finance before she shifted into progressive positions of leadership in supply chain.  Laura Ritchey held several leadership positions at L Brands, FullBeauty Brands, and Centric Brands.  Since 2023, Laura was CEO at Radial, Inc., a leader in e-commerce fulfillment solutions for brands where she delivered revenue growth and profitability through operational excellence.

In July 2025, Laura Ritchey joined the Executive Committee of GEODIS and became President & CEO of Americas.
