Pauline Calmès is Director of Communications and Brand at SNCF Group.

She is a graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux, holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Public Affairs and Advocacy, and has worked in strategic public affairs and corporate communications at the Institut de l'Entreprise, the French Federation of Insurance Companies, and BNP Paribas Cardif.
In 2017, she joined the Press Office of the French Presidency (Elysée Palace), later becoming Head of Press. In March 2020, she was appointed Press and Communications Advisor to the Minister of Labour, Muriel Pénicaud.

Later that year, she co-founded Quintet Conseil, a social strategy consultancy. In 2021, she joined France Travail, the French public employment service (formerly Pôle emploi), as Director of Communications and Executive Committee member. In 2025, she was appointed Deputy Director General, with responsibility for External Relations and Communications.

On 23 February 2026, Pauline Calmès became Director of Communications and Brand for SNCF Group.
