Philippe Docx

Holding a Master's degree in Criminology from KU Leuven and an Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School, Philippe Docx has developed extensive executive leadership experience in mobility, security and services businesses, in innovation-driven organizations.

Prior to joining Keolis, he held several senior leadership positions at G4S and CED, combining operational excellence, transformation and business growth. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale and complex operations, driven innovation and built high-performing teams.

As Chief Executive Officer of Keolis Belgium since 2023, he has successfully brought stakeholders together, enhanced contract performance and strengthened client proximity.

As part of the EMBARK 2030 strategic plan, he is appointed CEO of Northern Europe in October 2026 and joins the Group Executive Committee. He brings his experience in leading complex operations and transformation.
