A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Céline Lemercier focused on human resources in the context of corporate transformation and international environments, beginning with her move to the United States in 1997 with the Valeo Group.

She subsequently held positions as HR Director for business units in large groups such as Valeo, Rexam, UGI Corporation, and Colas, and as HR Director for medium-sized companies such as Hillebrand, Compagnie des Alpes, and Louvre Hotels.

Also a graduate of INSEAD's CEDEP program, Céline Lemercier is now Director of Human Resources for the Rail Logistics Europe group. In this role, she supports the Group’s development by mobilizing the HR community and collaborating with all stakeholders within the group.
