Louise Auffray

Louise Auffray, 29, a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and HEC and an alumna of ENA, began her career at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, within the General Inspectorate of Finance. For four years, she carried out audits, gave strategic advice, and assessed public policies for the government.

In September 2026, Louise Auffray is appointed Director of Strategy and member of the Executive Committee at SNCF Gares & Connexions. In this position, she will oversee the implementation and management of the strategic plan of the company in collaboration with all stakeholder. She will also coordinate the innovation and operational excellence policies of this subsidiary of SNCF Réseau.
