Noëmie Loiseau holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas. She began her career at SNCF Group, where she held senior HR roles at several Group entities, including SNCF Voyageurs. She was appointed Director of Human Resources at various transport operators: SNCF Transilien in 2009, SNCF Intercités in 2014 and SNCF TGV Atlantique in 2018.

In 2022, Noëmie Loiseau joined SNCF Connect & Tech, the tech and digital services distribution subsidiary, as its Director of Human Resources.

On 1 June 2026, she was named Director of Human Resources, Management and Risk at SNCF Gares & Connexions and joined the Group’s Executive Committee. In this capacity, she will oversee departments within the Human Resources Division, including Recruitment, Talent Management, Training, Industrial Relations, Employment and HR Operations, and Diversity and Inclusion. Her role will be to define the HR strategy needed to support organizational transformation, changing roles, and employee upskilling in line with the strategic plan of SNCF Gares & Connexions.
