Séverine Lepère
Deputy Managing Director, Île-de-France at SNCF Réseau

A graduate of École Centrale Paris and the University of Kent in the UK, Séverine Lepère joined SNCF in 1997. She held a variety of operational management positions in the Paris-Nord region, in infrastructure, at rail operating companies, and as Director of Paris-Nord station.
From 2005 to 2012, she was in charge of RER lines B and K, contributing to the transformation of RER B, notably with the establishment of a unified command centre. She later led major strategic negotiations, notably at Transilien, where she negotiated and managed its contract with the Île-de-France’s transportation organizing authority, the largest in SNCF Group.
Since 2020, as head of Network Modernization and Development for the Paris region, she has overseen development projects aimed at enabling the regional network to meet the challenges of mass transit.
