Frédéric d’Ettorre
Director of Risks, Safety and Security at SNCF Gares & Connexions
Frédéric d'Ettorre joined SNCF in 2022 after graduating from the École des Mines in Alès and from the École Polytechnique Fédérale in Lausanne, Switzerland. After holding various operational management positions, notably in Traction, he joined Voies Ferrées Locales et Industrielles (VFLI, now Captain France), then the management of Fret Est as Head of Safety.
In 2010, he went on to work for Eurostar first as Continental Safety Manager, then became project manager.
Joining SNCF Gares & Connexions in 2015 as project director, then Director of Development in Hauts de France and Normandy, in 2021, before becoming Director of the Great Parisian Stations.
Since May 2024, he has been Director of Security and Safety at SNCF Gares & Connexions.
