A graduate of the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Vincent Téton has held various positions within the SNCF since joining the Group in 1994. He has worked in infrastructure facilities (Montpellier, Paris Sud-Est), in passenger facilities (Nancy, Paris-Montparnasse) and in central management, notably as sales director at SNCF Voyages and director of passenger information.

In 2013, he joined SNCF Réseau as director of maintenance and works for the South-East, before becoming director of the TER for the Grand Est region at SNCF Mobilités in 2016. He was appointed director of the South-East production area in 2019.
