Carine Tardieu’s "Les jeunes amants" recounts a love story between a 70-year-old woman and a man in his forties. The film was shot mid-pandemic, in part at Paris-Lyon station. In an interview, Tardieu discusses what the train symbolizes in the film and what it was like to shoot in such challenging conditions.
