Ouigo España breaks into the Spanish market

Liberalization of Europe’s passenger rail market opened new opportunities for SNCF Group. In 2021 we responded by launching our first rail company operating entirely outside France. Positioned in the low-cost travel segment, Ouigo España has tapped the potential of the Spanish market, offering high-speed, low-cost service.

More than 15 million passengers have already taken our trains in Spain, which have now reached Andalusia, serving 15 cities including Murcia, Málaga and Seville in addition to Madrid and Barcelona.
