6 key goals

Business development
Positioned as a growth partner for our clients, we leverage the diversity of our businesses and solutions to drive growth and boost business volumes. And we do this while maintaining our commitment to quality, prioritizing client needs and a solutions-driven approach. Our goal: outpace growth in the logistics market by introducing new tools and hiring around 1,500 additional sales personnel.

Operational and financial performance
We’ve upgraded our business lines’ operational systems over the past decade through a series of long-term investments. Our cost structure and tools are now scaled to absorb new volumes and leverage operational productivity, all without compromising quality of service.

Strengthen GEODIS’s premium positioning
We’re known for our quality service and high level of client satisfaction, reflected in a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +37 in 2024.

Digital innovation
We’re investing heavily in data, enterprise architecture and cyber security, and will continue to do so. In 2024 we invested 3.5% of total revenues in technology, including digital tools.

External growth
External growth holds tremendous potential for development. That’s why we made several acquisitions in 2023, in line with our aim of supporting clients worldwide and meeting all their logistics needs.

Sustainable, ethical development
We’re pursuing an ambitious decarbonization strategy and intend to increase our electric vehicle fleet tenfold by 2030. We’ve also put employee health and safety at the heart of our corporate strategy, alongside dialogue with all our stakeholders.
