Steadfast support since 1982
Our SNCF Athletes Programme works with elite French athletes and para athletes through special employment agreements (CIP contracts).
The athletes learn an SNCF profession, working with us on a specialized schedule that lets them train and compete. Through our Athletes Programme, everyone at SNCF supports these champions, who uphold our values of performance and corporate responsibility.

Meet our athletes
Our athletes compete on courts, tracks and mats, in and on the water, in boxing rings, and beyond, balancing the demands of their sport with a career in one of the many professions available at SNCF Group. Learn more about them.
