Keolis to operate Vichy’s transport network
Vichy Communauté has chosen our company to operate the Mobivie network, which carries more than 1.2 million passengers each year. Keolis will take over from Transdev for a period of eight years.

Keolis in charge of the Mobivie network
Vichy Communauté, the transport authority in the Vichy metropolitan area, has awarded our company the contract for the operation of the public transport network. As of August 1, 2026, Keolis will take over from Transdev for a period of eight years.
This contract covers the following municipalities in particular:
- Vichy
- Cusset
- Bellerive-sur-Allier
- Abrest
- Creuzier-le-Vieux
- Hauterive

A redesigned offer
Keolis will deploy an integrated mobility solution based on:
- A revised bus network aligned with local mobility patterns,
- A simplified and fully digitalised on-demand transport service, with bookings available up to one hour before departure,
- A completely revamped bike offer, featuring a brand new fleet of 210 bikes available for bike share and long-term rental and refurbished bicycles,
- A brand new bus fleet, with nearly 50% of vehicles powered by electricity,
- A Mobivie mobile app designed to digitise traveller information,
- Contactless open payment across the network.
