Subsidiary synergy
At Rail Logistics Europe, our goals are:
to offer customers decarbonized, turnkey solutions that simplify management of their rail logistics chain,
to become Europe’s second-most profitable rail logistics network.
By adopting a shared strategy for all 5 companies, we encourage them to develop complementary offers, creating value for each subsidiary and for RLE as a whole.
Our strategic priorities
Our strategy is based largely on:
- identifying priority development areas in Europe, to pool resources from each subsidiary and hone our competitive edge in corridors with the best potential for new business and modal shift,
- pooling strategic procurement by RLE entities to benefit from higher purchasing volumes,
- adopting a shared asset management policy, especially for rolling stock acquisition.
