The supplier qualification process
Our qualification process ensures that your company has the legal, financial, technical and organizational capacity to deliver a specific product or service.
The SNCF qualification process: how it works
Our qualification process involves three key steps:
- first, you register on our e@si portal and request SNCF qualification
- then, submit your application
- we’ll review your application and notify you of our decision
Note that:
- we may need to visit your facilities or offices
- once qualification has been granted, we may withdraw it at any time if your situation changes
Procedure
Register on our e@si portal and email the appropriate address for your product or service:
- railway infrastructure supplies: [email protected]
- rolling stock supplies: [email protected]
- road passenger transport : [email protected]
- station and facilities cleaning, rolling stock cleaning, private security: [email protected]
- rail infrastructure works, business services and security services: [email protected]
Putting together a qualification application
The qualification packet corresponding to your field will be sent to you on request. The packet consists of:
- administrative forms
- a questionnaire tailored to your business area
- a list of the documents you need to provide
You must complete every item in the packet so we can determine if you’re able to supply the products or services in question.
Important
Please remember that:
- if you’re a subsidiary, you can’t rely on your parent company’s qualification. You must apply independently
- we issue invitations to tender to a limited number of companies, based on the specifications for each contract. Qualification does not guarantee your company will be invited to tender
