The resources you need
To become an SNCF Group supplier, you must:
- have access to appropriate human, technical and technological resources
- show proof that your company can meet deadlines and quality requirements
- agree to quality oversight at your production facilities
- comply with the technical specifications and necessary standards
- present a healthy financial position and provide financial statements on request.
Compliance
Under our primary regulatory requirements, you must also:
- meet legal requirements (Commercial Register, VAT) or their equivalents
- comply with tax requirements (income tax, VAT, financial statements), make social security contributions, and produce the necessary documentation or their equivalents
- comply with current requirements on workplace safety and working conditions
- show proof of adequate liability insurance
- have no history of criminal convictions or disqualification from public procurement contracts
We will request the relevant documents from you in our invitations to tender. You must ensure they remain up-to-date throughout the duration of your contracts and qualifications with SNCF. When you receive our request for these documents, please submit them to our partner, Provigis.
Communicating in French
To become an SNCF Group supplier, you must use the French language in your contract and in all communication with us.
General terms & conditions by sector
You must also agree to comply with both the Special terms & conditions (STC) and the General and terms & conditions (GTC) for your sector.
Continuing requirements
SNCF Group’s Procurement department regularly assesses supplier performance based on the contracts signed with us.
