Sharing life experience through mentorship

SNCF Mixité encourages members to meet up and facilitates knowledge sharing through mentorships. Mentor-mentee pairings are mutually enriching and have a positive impact on all Group employees.

Relationship-building events

By partnering with major sporting events, the network gives members a chance to attend matches and enjoy each other’s company. It also regularly holds seminars and workshops.

Impactful efforts to make positive change

The network  is a powerful force for transforming the Group and boosting performance, which it does by:

  • setting and steering SNCF’s 2020-2030 gender equality trajectory Group-wide
  • organizing cross-departmental working groups
  • partnering with the Fondation des Femmes to end violence against women

Measuring gender equality

OptiMixte is an automated tool for measuring gender equality within each entity. This innovative approach has been rolled out Group-wide so units can see where they stand on various gender equality metrics.

Building bridges

SNCF Mixité is a founding member of several umbrella groups for employee networks (including 2gap and Cercle InterElles), which share best practices and make headway together, notably on female representation in technical jobs and on executive teams.
