GEODIS publishes its activity and corporate social responsibility (CSR) report for 2023. It is divided into three parts:

• The first part presents information on the Group's activity in 2023, including key figures, the value creation model, acquisitions, innovations, etc.
• The central section focuses on GEODIS' corporate social responsibility policy, providing details of the environmental, social and ethical actions taken by our transport and logistics company.
• The final section summarises the performance indicators.

GEODIS called on the independent firm EY to verify the statements and data published, guaranteeing the transparency and reliability of the information. This report is fully in line with the raison d'être of GEODIS: "At the service of everyone, we implement innovative, sustainable and ethical logistics to distribute the products we need throughout the world."
