Eric Martin-Neuville began his career at Calberson International in France in various business development roles. In 1995, he moved to Asia, where he held various management positions within the organization.

In 2007, he was responsible for managing the merge between TNT Freight Management and GEODIS. He returned to Europe in 2009 and became Head of Freight Forwarding for Southern Europe before being appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Freight Forwarding Line of Business in 2013 and Executive Vice President in 2018.

Eric Martin-Neuville was named Executive Vice President Asia-Pacific and Middle East of GEODIS in December 2024.
