A graduate of École Nationale Supérieures des Mines de Paris, Jérôme Leborgne holds a DESS postgraduate degree in finance and financial markets from Paris Dauphine. He began his professional career at Louis-Dreyfus before joining SNCF in 1991.

Mr Leborgne has occupied several management positions within the Group, including head of the Traction unit. More recently, he managed the northern Paris region, which includes the TGV Nord corridor and TGV Intersecteurs. He has been appointed General Secretary of Rail Logistics Europe.
