A graduate of HEC, Sabine Parmentier began her career as a strategy and organization consultant for Bain & Company.

After six years in Paris and Brussels, she turned to logistics, first working in the B2B division of bpost, the leading Belgian postal operator, in the marketing and business development department. In 2016, she joined Lineas, Belgium's historic rail freight operator, in charge of sales strategy and marketing. She became Group Strategy Director in 2019.

In September 2023, Sabine Parmentier joined Rail Logistics Europe becoming President of Forwardis Holding, a freight forwarder based in France and Germany.
