Tristan Rouzes

A graduate of Institut d’Études Politiques de Bordeaux, Tristan Rouzès holds a DESS postgraduate degree in management control from Université Paris Dauphine. In 1998, he joined SNCF as operations manager for eastern Corrèze, and went on to hold a series of management positions, becoming head of operations at TER Limousin in 2000 and head of sales at Train de Tours in 2007. He then served as deputy director of Intercités services in eastern and central France and as director of Intercités Normandy in 2014.

Mr Rouzès has also held several financial management positions. He became head of internal auditing in 2003, and from 2010 he headed up SNCF’s cost-control department. In 2012, he led financial planning for France's first rail reform.

Since 2016, Mr Rouzès has led strategic projects, such as Odyssée 20.30, a plan to offer comprehensive multimodal mobility across the Normandy region, and in 2018, the Group’s “SNCF 2020” transformation programme. On 1 July 2020, he was named Director of Performance and Transformation at Rail Logistics Europe.
