A night train launched in 2023
With cross-border overnight services expanding across Europe, a year ago, the night train between Paris and Berlin launched on 11 December, soon after the Paris-Vienna route, and 9 years after it was halted. Its revival was driven by growing awareness of both the environmental impact of air travel and the cost-effectiveness of train travel.
