Our Group ranked 41th on the list of the 50 French companies which filed the most patent applications in 2025. This ranking, established by the National Patent Office (INPI), testifies to our Group's investment in innovation.
Driving innovation in France
On March 3, 2026, the French National Patent Office (INPI) unveiled its list of the top patent applicants for 2025. With 38 applications, SNCF Group ranks 41th among French companies which filed the most patents. Mobility is incidentally the most represented business sector, with a quarter of patent applications filed related to transportation.
