Accessibility statement
At SNCF Group, we’re committed to making our websites accessible, in line with Article 47 of France’s Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
Few words of context
Our 2016 pact to promote digital accessibility
We designed our website to be accessible and responsive, and all of us at SNCF work hard to maintain and continuously improve it.
Our aim is to make it as convenient and user-friendly as possible for everyone. It’s just one way of honouring the commitment we made on 1 December 2016, when we adopted the SNCF Group pact to promote digital accessibility. Signed by a range of SNCF executives, it outlines the principles we’ve agreed to follow to make digital information easy to use for everyone.

Videos and PDFs
As a general rule and insofar as possible, we try to make all documents on accessibility or CSR issues available to visitors in accessible form. When documents have multiple sources, this may be difficult or even impossible.
At present, documents supplied in PDF format by SNCF units are not accessible. We are currently evaluating the feasibility of making them available in accessible formats.
Note that visitors may request an accessible version of a specific document by sending an email to the following address: [email protected]
For videos, we usually offer accessible subtitles (closed captions in SRT format), but do not produce written transcripts.
For both documents and videos, we are training our teams to ensure that accessibility and appropriate formats are better taken into account from the design phase on.
Content outside the scope of accessibility requirements
The following third-party scripts are exempted from accessibility requirements, since they are external content that SNCF is unable to modify.
- Didomi cookie management
- YouTube video reader
- DataDome Captcha used to detect and screen out bots
